I have unfortunately bought a number of Optimum Time watches over the years, seduced by their functionality, in the vain hope that the quality of manufacture had improved with time. This has resulted in me losing several watches due either the integrally moulded strap and casing perishing, typically within 2 years, and the watch usually falling off into the water at some point. I had hoped with the series 12 version this would have been addressed, however yet again the poor quality of plastic us
